MINEMESH®  products include:

 

 

Roof Modules
•    Supplied in various sizes depending on roadway width and bolt spacing requirements
      e.g. length 4.8 m up to 6.0 m x 1.15 m or 1.45 m
•    Various wire diameters (5 mm, 5.6 mm, 7 mm) for light, medium or heavy duty strata
      control applications
•    Features the patented Double Wire reinforced strap with a scat retention mesh section
•    Up/down bends on either side to increase rigidity of sheet for easier handling and
      installation
•    Normally supplied in black wire but can be galvanized for life of mine applications
•    Used for strata control across the roof (back) of the roadway

Rib Mesh
•    Generally supplied in smaller sheet sizes e.g. 1.2 m x 1.7 m or 1.7 m x 2.5 m
•    Manufactured from a 4mm wire – galvanized or black
•    Installed on upper sections of ribs (sidewalls) to provide rib support to roadway

Mesh Straps
•    Normally 250 mm wide but can be manufactured wider if required
•    Lengths range from 3.0 m up to 6.0 m depending on requirements
•    Can be supplied with Double Wire configuration or as single wire option
•    Available as flat sheets or with bent sides to increase rigidity
•    Provides additional support in conjunction with roof modules or rib mesh where poor
     ground conditions are being experienced

Metalliferous Applications:

Mesh Modules
•    Standard sheet size is normally 3.0 m x 2.4 m
•    Available in other sizes as required e.g. 4.0 m x 2.4 m, 4.5 m x 1.7 m, 6.0 m x 2.4 m
•    Manufactured from 5 mm or 5.6 mm wire
•    Available in both galvanized and black wire
•    Used for strata control across backs and shoulders of development
