Residential Towers is a seven storey building in Hurstville, Sydney, NSW and comprises of residential apartments and office suites. It's the first construction project Kayrouz Constructions have used prefab columns. The 52 500PLUS® PREFAB columns required per floor were craned into place in a single day which reduced steelfixing labour by 60 per cent.

Precinct C comprises two 10 storey commercial office towers for the Australian Taxation Office in Canberra.
